Ein Trend, der dieses Jahr aufkam, war der Verzicht auf Plastik: Das sogenannte Plastikfasten. Ein guter Ansatz, denn nur wenn wir Plastikm\u00fcll reduzieren, k\u00f6nnen wir tats\u00e4chlich etwas bewirken und etwas gegen die immense Masse M\u00fcll im Meer tun.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Hauptproblem bei Plastik ist nicht nur die unglaubliche Menge, die produziert und verbraucht wird. Das eigentliche Problem ist, dass Plastik eigentlich nie verrottet. Stattdessen zersetzt sich Plastik nach und nach in kleinere Teile, sogenanntes Mikroplastik. Damit sich eine Plastikflasche beispielsweise in Mikroplastik versetzt, dauert es ungef\u00e4hr 450 Jahre &#8211; f\u00fcnf Mal so lang, wie die Meisten Menschen leben.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Plastikfasten muss nicht Verzicht bedeuten &#8211; sondern eher ein Umdenken in unserem Konsumverhalten.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein erster Ansatz, um Plastik zu sparen ist damit beispielsweise Leitungswasser  zu trinken, anstelle von Wasser aus Plastikflaschen. Denn in Deutschland leben wir in der angenehmen Situation, dass wir ohne Probleme und aus nahezu jedem Hahn Trinkwasser entnehmen k\u00f6nnen. Warum dann zu Wasser in Plastikflaschen greifen? Wem es um die Kohlens\u00e4ure geht, kann sich einen Wassersprudler, beispielsweise von Sodastream, besorgen. Im Handumdrehen l\u00e4sst sich so stilles in Sprudelwasser verwandeln. Die neuen Sprudler haben sogar Glaskaraffen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auch bei anderen Getr\u00e4nken wie Milch, Bier, S\u00e4ften oder Limonaden kann man leicht auf Plastik verzichten und stattdessen Glasflaschen kaufen. Gek\u00fchlte Lebensmittel wie Joghurt oder Brotaufstriche gibt es auch h\u00e4ufig im Glas zu finden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img class=\" wp-image-1529 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/mantahari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Einkaufen-2.1-1024x788.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"347\" height=\"267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wp.mantahari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Einkaufen-2.1-1024x788.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/wp.mantahari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Einkaufen-2.1-600x462.jpg 600w, https:\/\/wp.mantahari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Einkaufen-2.1-300x231.jpg 300w, https:\/\/wp.mantahari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Einkaufen-2.1-768x591.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 347px) 100vw, 347px\" \/>W\u00e4hrend das meiste Obst und Gem\u00fcse mittlerweile zum Gl\u00fcck unverpackt in den Supermarkt- Regalen <\/span>ausliegt, finden sich im Wurst- und K\u00e4seregal wenig Alternativen zu Plastik. Bei einigen Superm\u00e4rkten kann man sich mittlerweile seine Eink\u00e4ufe in seinen eigenen Beh\u00e4lter geben lassen.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\"><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auch beim B\u00e4cker k\u00f6nnt ihr Verpackung sparen: Lasst euch das n\u00e4chste gekaufte Brot einfach in euer mitgebrachtes K\u00fcchenhandtuch geben. So ist es ideal eingewickelt und verpackt f\u00fcr den Transport nach Hause.
