Damit sich am Ende des Tages keine M\u00fcllberge stapeln, haben wir einige Tipps f\u00fcr das perfekte Picknick ohne Plastik zusammengestellt.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Einweggeschirr, leere Verpackungen oder Einwegflaschen? Das geht besser! Denn Plastikm\u00fcll hat sich zu einem globalen Problem entwickelt. Mehrere Millionen Tonnen Plastik landen jedes Jahr in den Ozeanen und wurden schon so gut wie \u00fcberall entdeckt: Man hat Spuren von Mikroplastik in der Tiefsee sowie im arktischen Eis gefunden. Das Gem\u00fcse bekommt man in den meisten Superm\u00e4rkten sowie in Discountern bereits ohne Verpackung.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Couscous ist sehr schnell gemacht: Die K\u00f6rner in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit 300 ml kochendem Wasser \u00fcbergie\u00dfen. Deckel daraufgeben und f\u00fcr zehn Minuten ziehen lassen. Anschlie\u00dfend mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">W\u00e4hrend der Couscous quillt, kannst das Gem\u00fcse klein geschnitten werden.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dann kann auch schon das mit dem Couscous vermengt und mit Raps\u00f6l sowie Zitronensaft abgeschmeckt werden.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fertig!
