Plastik vermeiden im Badezimmer: Einfache Tricks und Tipps <\/strong><\/h1>\n

Mit diesen einfachen Tipps l\u00e4sst sich M\u00fcll im Alltag reduzieren<\/b><\/h2>\n

Egal ob beim Duschen, Z\u00e4hne putzen oder W\u00e4sche waschen: Bei fast allem kann man versuchen, etwas bewusster zu konsumieren und damit weniger M\u00fcll zu produzieren. Denn jedes Jahr landen weltweit \u00fcber 8 Millionen Tonnen Plastik im Meer und wenn die Menschheit nicht bald mehr auf Plastik verzichtet, werden bald mehr Plastikteilchen als Fische im Meer schwimmen.<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Samstagmorgen. Der Wecker klingelt. Ab ins Bad. Erstmal Z\u00e4hne putzen und dann duschen, um etwas wacher zu werden. Doch anstatt wie normalerweise zum Duschgel und Shampoo zu greifen, setzen wir unsere guten Vors\u00e4tze zur Plastikvermeidung in die Tat um. <\/span>Denn <\/span>j\u00e4hrlich werden etwa 552 Millionen Shampooflaschen weggeworfen. <\/b>H\u00f6chste Zeit f\u00fcr eine Ver\u00e4nderung unserer Gewohnheiten, denn Plastikverpackungen sind f\u00fcr mehr als 80 Prozent des M\u00fclls an Str\u00e4nden verantwortlich.<\/span><\/p>\n

In der Dusche liegt nun ein festes St\u00fcck Seife<\/b>, das sch\u00e4umt genauso sch\u00f6n, wie fl\u00fcssiges Duschgel, ist aber viel besser f\u00fcr die Umwelt, weil es maximal in Papier statt in Plastik verpackt ist und auch keine Silikone enth\u00e4lt. Feste Seife eignet sich also nicht nur ideal zum H\u00e4ndewaschen, sondern auch ideal als Duschgel-Ersatz.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Feste Seife ist \u00fcbrigens auch ein super Trick, um auf Reisen Plastik zu sparen und weniger Gep\u00e4ck am Ende der Reise mit nach Hause zu nehmen.<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Auch <\/span>festes Shampoo<\/b> hat sich zum Positiven weiterentwickelt: W\u00e4hrend es vor ein paar Jahren noch kaum gesch\u00e4umt hat und es sich dadurch nicht ganz so leicht verteilt hat, l\u00e4sst es sich jetzt ganz leicht und sch\u00f6n schaumig im Haar verteilen. Festes Shampoo bekommt man mittlerweile selbst in Drogerien wie dm und Rossmann. Die dm Naturkosmetik-Eigenmarke Alverde hat 2018 beispielsweise ein festes Shampoo <\/span>in den Sorten Kokos und Mandarine-Basilikum <\/span>herausgebracht. Auch die Marke Lush ist schon lange bekannt f\u00fcr ihre verpackungsfreien Produkte und bietet verschiedene Sorten von festem Shampoo an. Z\u00e4hneputzen, ohne dabei M\u00fcll zu produzieren ist nicht einfach. Denn selbst wenn man eine nachhaltige, plastikfreie Bambuszahnb\u00fcrste verwendet, entsteht bei der Zahnpasta immer noch eine Menge M\u00fcll. In der Drogerie dm haben wir <\/span>Zahnputz-Tabletten von einem deutschen Startup <\/b>entdeckt und gleich ausprobiert. Die Verpackung besteht laut Hersteller (Link: <\/span>http:\/\/www.denttabs.de<\/span><\/a>) aus Maisst\u00e4rke und ist somit zu 100 Prozent kompostierbar. Au\u00dferdem sind die Zahnputz-Tabletten vegan, zertifizierte Naturkosmetik, frei von Mikroplastik und Konservierungsstoffen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zur Anwendung: Die Zahnputz-Tablette wird im Mund zerbissen, bis es cremig wird. Dann werden die Z\u00e4hne wie gewohnt mit der feuchten Zahnb\u00fcrste geputzt. <\/span>Plastikfrei, \u00f6kologisch und nachhaltig: Eine echt gute Alternative zu herk\u00f6mmlicher Zahnpasta.<\/b><\/p>\n

Auch beim Abschminken kann man seinen leicht M\u00fcllverbrauch reduzieren<\/b>: Mit wiederverwendbaren Wattepads. Denn beim t\u00e4glichen Abschminken summieren sich Wattepads und Abschminkt\u00fccher auf ungef\u00e4hr 700 Wegwerfprodukte pro Person und Jahr. Wiederverwendbaren Wattepads gibts beispielsweise von der deutschen Marke waschies (<\/span>https:\/\/waschies.com<\/span><\/a>), die ihre Wattepads 2018 bei Die H\u00f6hle der L\u00f6wen vorgestellt haben. Kommt die Viskosefaser mit Wasser in Ber\u00fchrung, ist nicht einmal eine zus\u00e4tzliche Abschminklotion n\u00f6tig, um das Makeup zu entfernen. Wenn der waschie schmutzig ist, kann er einfach in der Waschmaschine gereinigt und danach wiederverwendet werden. <\/span>So leicht l\u00e4sst sich M\u00fcll reduzieren!<\/b><\/p>\n

Nachhaltig W\u00e4sche waschen mit Waschpulver statt fl\u00fcssigem Waschmittel: <\/b>Auch durch die Wahl des Waschmittels kann man weniger Plastikm\u00fcll produzieren. Doch nicht nur der Umwelt tut man damit etwas Gutes, denn durch die andere Zusammensetzung kann Fl\u00fcssigwaschmittel nicht ganz mit der Waschleistung von Waschpulver mithalten. Um ein vergleichbar sauberes Ergebnis zu haben, braucht man also viel mehr Waschmittel pro Waschgang. Ein weiterer Vorteil von Waschpulver ist der Verzicht auf Konservierungsstoffe. Daher eignen sich Waschpulver auch f\u00fcr Menschen mit sensibler Haut und belasten die Umwelt weniger stark. Waschpulver in Papierverpackungen statt Fl\u00fcssigwaschmittel in Plastikflaschen tun somit unserer W\u00e4sche, unserem Geldbeutel und unserer Umwelt etwas gutes.<\/span><\/p>\n
